The Park Life urban plan proposes a new model of urban development for Melbourne’s Docklands area. With an emphasis on public space the key move is to set out all residential blocks with small building lots surrounding large public courtyard parks.

A ring and a necklace are normally symbols of love and marriage. But here we see a badly bruised finger with the bruise in the shape of a ring and strangulation marks around the neck ending with a large teardrop.
